All about the A Day at The Deck.
Enjoy the golden sand beach at Langma for the day from the privacy of your own private beach house AKA The Deck.
You’ll be greeted on arrival by your personal Paddy, who’ll man the barbeque, negotiate best prices for local lobsters and catch of the day, and take care of the washing up when all is said and done. The beach house is equipped with a kitchenette, charcoal barbeque, bathroom and shower.
Take all the planning pressure off by pre-ordering drinks, side salads, rice and marinated meats on booking.

There are no bedroom facilities at the deck. Normal hire is 10am – 6pm.
We can certainly host your corporate events The Deck is great place for a team bonding day. We can host quizzes & games, or connect you with facilitators for fitness, yoga, wellness or diversity training. Please let us know your needs on booking.
Payment should be made via Momo, bank transfer or cash in advance of your booking. Payments can be made in USD or the GHS equivalent.
Standard booking hours for The Deck are 10am – 6pm. Your personal Paddy will be available to look after your group, cook and clean up throughout.
The Deck is located right on the beach at Langma, a stone’s throw from Wakanda Beach resort.
There is no electricity at The Deck but we do have candles for emergency lighting. There is running water in the kitchen and bathrooms and always plenty of charcoal for your paddy to cook on the outdoor bbq.
We recommend you bring towels, power banks to recharge your phone before the drive home, and a bluetooth speaker for music.
We provide cooking utensils, platters and trays, crockery and cutlery for up to 12. We also have cooking oil, salt and pepper.
Food is not included in a standard booking but we can provide sides such as fried rice, yam chips, or jollof and salads, as well as vegetable skewers or marinated meats for the bbq if you pre-order. Fish and lobsters can be purchased fresh from the fisherman’s wives on the day of your booking. We can also arrange for fresh fruit, soft drinks, buckets of beer or a tipsy punch to be ready on arrival at The Deck.
Absolutely you can. Anything that needs to be cooked or heated can go on the bbq and served by your personal Paddy.
Langma is approximately 30km from central Accra. It is approximately 1 hour 10 mins drive to the property from Oxford Street, Osu.
There is an additional cost for parties of over 12 to cover extra staffing, water and other resources. Please indicate your intended number of guests on booking.
